Design Statement

4-6 Bligh Street is a prime CBD site that will form part of the existing tower cluster. The mixed use scheme includes an arrival lobby, event spaces and 8.5 stories of commercial floor space within the podium. At the top of the podium is a pool deck connecting into the hotel tower comprising of 421 guest rooms. At the top of the tower is a restaurant and bar celebrating panoramic views across Sydney. Three basements support the hotel and commercial functions incorporating a porte-cochère at the first basement level.
