Garden Square Office Park is located in Mount Gravatt, Brisbane. A revitalisation of the campus was commissioned by Quintessential Equity, and was completed in 2018.

Design Statement
Acquired by Quintessential Equity in 2016, 360 Degrees were engaged to prepare a masterplan for the revitalisation of the Garden Square campus landscape. The majority of the landscape is on a car park rooftop. The guiding principle is to maximise green space and then to build-in amenity. Workplace well-being is at the heart of the design.
