Quartet is a residential complex located in Lane Cove, Sydney. The project was commissioned by Yifang Australia, with architecture by Bates Smart Architects. Quartet was completed in 2018.

Design Statement
Quartet represents a series of residential buildings with interwoven public amenity to read as a 'village' with a strong sense of composition and identity. Both apartments and communal spaces offer excellent amenity and high levels of connectivity to the wider fabric of Lane Cove.
The development integrates 237 apartments in four buildings and with a diverse range of size, including apartments, two storey terraces and penthouses all with abundant natural light, cross ventilation and outstanding treetop views.
Quartet is activated through a series of gardens and building access points for a vibrant and diverse landscape which celebrates neighbourhood interactions from occupants within the development and it’s surrounds. Allowing the public realm to be extend into the development, promotes further public meeting points and chance interactions, contributing to a greater sense of community.
